PPDE-INC project management and detailing methodology

Conceptualize the Structure: A project manager and detailer are assigned to each project to conceptualize the entire structure.

Study the contract documents and architectural / Structural drawings: The project manager and detailer assigned to the project will review the contract documents and estimate to insure entire scope of work will be detailed in its entirety accurately and timely.

Drafting and layouts:The project detailer then produces the erection drawings and fabrication drawings per the contract documents in plan and or elevation views. Connection details, building sections and profiles are provided when necessary.

Checking the drawing: The drawings are then checked for accuracy of detailing and engineering and conforming to specifications and your individual company standards.

Project close out: After the final revisions are completed from submittals a final review of the drawings are rechecked before they are released to you.
